Technical Specification for Programme / Risk Management Risks & Issue Database
- Open Source , cross platform web technology to be used. E.g. PHP and my-sql data base.
I am looking to create a Data Base which will allow project, programme managers to log their risks and issues. The database should then have administrator functionality in order to interrogate the data and produce status reports. The data base should allow users to down load content in MS Excel format. Should also have email functionality to automatically prompt users for updates. All users should be able to sign on using username and password- so that there activities are identified. All aspects of functionality must be illustratively documented for both technical and non-technical users. This would include operating and training manual from functionality perspective and relational database schema from development perspective.
This must be an easy to use system with user-friendly interface.
Please only apply to this advert if you are able to create a full functional demo/prototype and live in the UK. Successful candidates will be sent a full spec. Winning candidate will be required to attend my clients base for a couple of days to integrate database into live environment.
