Produced the attached to aid initial conversation with Client.

Please advise on the following...
1.Ballpark figure only please on coding ‘that type of layout’ / elements.
2.Your turnaround timescale (it will be in 1-2months time (April/May).
3.Plus, your considerations / concerns on the attached.
NOTE:
-There’s no CMS required.
-Please advise on what you could include by way of article upload facility.
-There’ll be a few bells & whistles like...
i.Homepage has slideshow (probably no more than 3 slides).
ii.The site will most likely pull Flickr feeds + Twitter / Facebook feeds.
- The attached is by no means final, but, I’d be very surprised if the layout changes.
- The design & content will all be finalised by myself & provided as per your request.
e.g.Txt file of pure ‘textual content’ so you can cut & paste.
e.g.Word file laid out instruction for each page; detailing feeds etc.
e.g.Imagery will be/can be provided to your spec and/or PSD all laid in in well labelled up folders etc.
