Sales People Required To Sell Business Advertisements

Hi,
I am looking for a number of sales people who can sell advertisment packages to UK businesses. The customers are small and medium-sized companies who would pay a fee to advertise/add their business to the online/website business directory. The website is nearly ready to go and therefore the sales could start very, very soon.
Must-have/be:
- previous experience in sales ideally software/online sales
- good communication and listening skills
- fluent and English language skills
- proactive
- self-motivated
Good to have:
- existing contacts of potential customers - big bonus point
- ideas how to attract customers apart from e-mailing and making phone calls
The work location is your home, office or anywhere else that is good for you. The same applies to the number of hours. The more hours and sales you do, the higher your rewards.
