Design concept for Supplier directory - within 24 hours !

Hi,
Design / User Interface skills
I'm looking to work with a designer in the next 24 (Twentyfour!) hours - ie: we have to finish by 5.30pm on Tuesday 24th May to put together a design concept (2 or 3 pages) for a Supplier directory.
We'll be basing ideas on Ourpower.co.uk so please have a look at that before contacting me.
Basically we have a small budget to pay for this as the time is short and it's a pitch.
If you're interested then get in touch confirming you can talk later tonight/1st thing in the morning and can work all day tomorrow to get this pitch concept done.
Experience of a Directory would be key and a keen eye for simple but great design is needed.

x wishes to procure a fully designed and functional website that will act as a directory for suppliers of environmental goods and services to businesses aiming to improve their resource efficiency in the y. It will also give independent advice to buyers to enable them to make more educated decisions.
The website will include:
• Briefing notes for buyers assisting businesses to make informed decisions about which environmental goods and services to purchase and what questions to ask when purchasing them.
• A supplier’s directory that will be searchable so that buyers can search for suppliers by service/technology. This directory will have links to case studies and business profiles.
• Links to further support.
• Links to other supplier’s lists.
