Convert Classic ASP site to Drupal

We are looking to convert an existing Classic ASP site into Drupal, the current site is built using VBScript and MS SQL plus external XML lookups which are transformed using XSLT.
The site currently has approx. 30 pages some of which are static HTML which can become nodes in Drupal, some are external XML lookups with matching XSLT, however the vast majority of the project is a quote and instruct mechanism, the instruct page is currently 144Kb.
The site was first constructed approx. 4 years ago and has had functionality added over the years. We are about to start a new set of functional improvements and believe a fresh start is required, if we are happy with your work they may be a possibility of being involved with these new improvements and additional projects in the future.
The successful coder can duplicate the existing functionality how they see fit, however it must be created as a standalone custom module and conform to Drupal's coding standards (http://drupal.org/coding-standards)
All existing files, database structure, sample data and relevant username/password to access the remote XML will be supplied and the successful coder will be required to sign a NDA.
Only experienced Drupal coder's will be considered and will need to send a sample module to judge experience.
