Outlook Workflow (Forms / VBA)

Hi All,
I am looking a simple piece of form / vba done in outlook please see below the scenario:
-10 People share a mailbox in outlook 2003 / exchange which is callled SWAPS
-Within that mailbox there are 5 folders, (Inbox, Autoloader, Manual, Amends, Misc)
When emails come into the shared mailbox and a user opens them there needs to be 3 buttons
- [FWD to Autoloader] where the button actions sends to "autoloader@address.com" and copy the mail (the orginal not the one it sends, so that it is removed from the inbox thus decreasing the amount of mails in the inbox) to Autoloader folder
- [FWD to Assistant] where the button actions gives the users a free type box to put in an email TO: Address / Name and a button to say (file) so once they have put in the email and clicked file it will send the email out to the addrees and also copy the mail (the orginal not the one it sends, so that it is removed from the inbox thus decreasing the amount of mails in the inbox) to the "Manual" folder
- [Copy to Misc] When you presss this button it will just basically just move the original mail to the Misc folder
- [Copy to Amends] When you presss this button it will just basically just move the original mail to the Amends folder
Can you let me know your thoughts / costs.
