We are a charity operating in the UK. Our website is engineered in drupal. We are looking for a developer who can provide (in order of importance) the following:
* telephone guidance and advice on-demand (service level: on demand or callback within 3 hours, working week only)
* trouble-shooting for emergencies (service level: on demand, 7dpw, 9-5)
* site maintenance, system upgrades and overhauls (service level: timely, effective, economic)
* module installation, custom module development, and design upgrades(SL: as above)
You will be:
Highly competent in all aspects of drupal.
Able to provide verifiable credentials and two references from verifiable organisations.
Able and willing to provide these service levels effectively and for the long-term.
We want to build a relationship with a person or company so that you can get to know our needs, how we think, what we are trying to achieve and the structure and content of our web-site.
Our needs will fluctuate - we will not need any input for a few weeks and then may need anything from 1 - 5 hours a week for a period. Larger projects can be planned to fit round your other work.
We have worked with a number of developers now, and have a good understanding of the drupal process. Please read the description and project spec above carefully and if you think you can provide this please do contact us.
Thanks you
Adam
