Our Aim
We would like to construct a webcasting interface for live and pre-recorded presentations. We would like a management system which allows us to brand each template and control turning some features on and off dependant on the client.
Functions
- A scalable video window for live feed and pre-recorded video
- A scalable PowerPoint window which interacts and tracks the video
- An area where the slides can be seen and selected, upon selection the video moves accordingly
- A tab or feature to see agenda and other presenters
Optional features
- An email a question box
- A download documentation box i.e PowerPoint, pdf’s etc
- A Social media and web-link box
- A Chat box
- A Contact us
Notes
A system would need to be developed so that in a live situation PowerPoint slides could be synchronised with the live presenter video. At the end of the live recording the synchronised video and PowerPoint should be automatically made available to watch again
We would like the PowerPoint to be as clear as possible and one alternative maybe to convert to vector graphics – any ideas
Another useful feature would be the ability to monitor and produce usage reports for clients
