Football Club Database with Multiple Input/Outputs.
This is a complex project but we have specified our requirements precisely. We need a PHP programmer to make them happen, with the chance for future work if all goes well! Preferably somebody who can offer us a very cost effective price.
We have designed a database down to a very exacting level. We need somebody to create the forms and views in PHP.
Dimensions
Database has 17 Tables
5 simple forms to be coded in PHP
5 complex forms to be coded in PHP
8 output views to be coded in PHP, some involving multiple queries and through links.
We will provide: -
The MySQL Schema.
The map of all the input forms and output views.
A Design Specification Document listing clearly all of the content required on each form.
An example form illustrating the desired layout.
Access details and database accounts that you need.
Naked database with working test data inside.
In a nutshell we would need you to: -
Create the required forms and views in PHP, provide appropriate tag classes to allow easy CSS styling.
Crate necessary SQL to facilitate the task. We will set up the MySQL database and load in sample data and provide you any access details and database accounts that you need.
Base the access on CMS user names, these will be stored in the local table 'DatabaseUsers' and can be read from the CMS with PHP code. (concrete5, all required details will be provided)
Provide a Config file with no public access, with: -
a) MySQL database details w/login.
b) Database PHP root
Make sure the system is secure so that sensitive data cannot be easily accessed by guest users.
Make some minor tweaks and changes after testing and review.
Deadline for completion is 21/03/2011.
