A document/content management system to archive a clients word files including images, and majority of file types
With the ability to build a directory/storage structure to suit the clients needs

A search function which enables the idenification of documents with a series of key words included
Rather than the search function simply highlighting the files which contain these key words, the critical element which client needs is that the search function extracts the section with the key words (or at least provides a link to it)
* Multi-user access
* Document audit trail
* Security settings
