UI Designer

Hi All
We are creating a large content management system, and need someone to perfect the UI for us.
As a good example over what we do - please refer to Basecamp. The product is similar in the way it hold information to that.
We are looking to replicate the look and feel of basecamp, but in our own style. The overall design must look smart, professional, intuitive and slick.
Looking for someone to product the design and the valid html markup. Will also be looking for someone post launch to product this all in HTML5 for ipad/andriod etc (again just the markup and theming, no code)
Could be a great project, with plenty of work for the right person
Regards
