Wanted - Marketing Manager / Director
Opportunity in New Business Networking Website
We are now looking for an entrepreneurial and hands-on Marketing expert to help guide the launch and marketing of our new website.
The suitable person will have the following attributes:
• Extensive online marketing experience
• Knowledge of new cutting-edge innovation
• Experience of start-ups (internet preferably)
• Knowledge of all aspects of the marketing mix
• Ability to communicate, lead and organise different areas
• Hands-on approach
Over the past year we have assembled a very good team of developers who are currently in the process of building our new website which we are looking to launch in April 2011.
We also have a number of marketing people and are now looking to strengthen and complete the team by welcoming a Marketing Manager/Director to oversee and organise the launch and initiate and develop a marketing plan.
This will be a hands-on role and will involve communication between our various different people from within the marketing mix so that we have a coherent and effective way forward.
Our requirement is for an entrepreneurial individual to join us and help us realise the potential of our exciting project. Everyone involved in this project has an equity stake in the company and for this initial period we are offering equity/directorship within the company and later on payment/equity split, depending upon our level of funding.
The position is not full-time but on an ‘as and when’ basis, although we do see the majority of effort and involvement being from just before launch through to proof of concept. Our current team is made up mainly of freelancers, and this could be a very good opportunity for the right person.
We are looking for individuals (not companies) located within the UK.
