PHP code change required for wordpress site

Hi,
I have a job board site which is a wordpress theme by templatic. Test site can be found here http://test.templatic.com/dreamscapeuk/
The pricing plan for the site is as simple. You set the price for how many days listings and offer discount codes. There is no option to set price for immediate listings and free for drafts. I want to also be able to offer membership options where user can pay monthly and post as many jobs as they want. Also install working captcha on the post a job page, submit resume page and contact form. I don't think this should be a big project for someone skilled.
Please send your quotes with examples of previous work.

A project is typically a fixed-price piece of work, based on specific results, and often completed offsite using the freelancer's own tools.
