IT Service Co-Ordinator

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our growing IT team – the foundation of the business!
As IT Service Co-ordinator you will be responsible for building on existing levels for IT systems and support services and delivering these across our three global offices.
You will also be responsible for managing requests for KPI data, working closely with our internally developed CRM system. Your experience, ideas and our working environment will empower you to develop and improve the efficiency and accessibility of this data.
We are looking for someone with the following experience;
- At least 2 years experience working in first line IT helpdesk support capacity. Preference will be given to those with at least an MCP or higher and /or equivalent qualification
- An excellent working knowledge of using Microsoft SQL Databases at a database administration level. Preference will be given to those with at least an MCDBA or higher and /or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience at working with KPI data, showing the ability to produce KPI reports and pick out trends within data.
